A major new feature has been released on our new American Consumer Opinion® website. Read on to find out how you can take advantage of our new sweepstakes cash-out option.
You can access the sweepstakes by logging in to your "My Account" page. Directly below the "Available Surveys" box, you can see which sweepstakes are currently running. If nothing is showing, there are no sweepstakes in progress.
Here's an example of what you may find on your "My Account" page:
Click on the "More Details" button under the prize to enter. This will bring up the Sweepstakes Detail page.
On this page you can choose the number of entries you'd like to submit. Most sweepstakes will have a limit to the number of entries that can be submitted. The Points total will automatically calculate.
The page also details the description of the prize, has links to our "General Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions," the rules for the specific contest, and our "Website Terms and Conditions." To the left of the Terms links, you will find the "Start Date," "End Date," and "Selection Date" for the contest.
Once you've chosen the number of entries you wish to submit, click the red "Continue" button, which will trigger the "Confirm Sweepstakes Entry" popup.
Please note: You are not officially entered into the sweepstakes until you complete these next steps.
Review the number of entries and the number of Points associated with it. Be sure to click on the checkbox that confirms that you've read and agreed to the terms and rules of the sweepstakes. You'll also see the total Points that will be deducted from your account in the agreement language. After you've verified that all the information is correct, click the blue "Submit Entries" button at the bottom of the popup.
A couple of things to note about the Sweepstakes cash-out option:
*You do not have to have 1000 Points in your account to cash out with the sweepstakes option.
*Winners will be informed at the end of the contest by email. The winner's initials, city, and state will be made available online. No further identifying information will be released.
