Where are the surveys? I looked all through your site and still can't find one.

Panel Members will be sent an email (from American Consumer Opinion®) that contains a link to the Web address for any survey they are selected for. Panel Members can also find surveys that have been selected for them by logging on to their Member Page.

What is a screener?
A screener is a short survey that contains fewer than 20 questions. These questions may be about where you work, your job responsibilities, etc. All of this helps us to determine whether your area of expertise lends itself to the topic of the survey. Please be completely honest and frank when answering these questions. When you complete a screener, you may receive an entry into a drawing for gift cards, gift codes, or other prizes. You may receive one entry for every screening survey you complete. For some screeners, you will be awarded 5 to 50 Points, depending on the length of the screener.
What is a survey?
A survey is a set of questions. The questions may ask about your opinions, your experiences, the types of products you use, etc. Please be completely honest and frank when answering these questions. Whenever you complete a longer survey, you will receive 50 to 5,000 Points, depending on the length of survey. For screeners (very short surveys), you may receive an entry into a monthly drawing for gift cards, gift codes, or other prizes. Alternatively, you may receive 5 to 50 Points for some screeners.

Do I get paid for taking an online survey?

For completing some screeners (a short survey), you will receive 5 to 50 Points, or an entry into a monthly prize drawing. Sometimes you will receive Points for screeners, but you will always receive Points for surveys. One Point is equivalent to one penny. Therefore, for every 100 Points, the value is equal to one dollar. These Points will accumulate in your Member Account and may be redeemed when you have fulfilled all of the terms of this Agreement.

Once you have earned 1,000 Points, you can redeem your Points for cash (U.S. or Canadian), PayPal funds (most countries), or Hyperwallet (many countries), or you can donate your earnings to a charity. To redeem your Points, log in to your My Account page and choose the Cash-Out option.

If you have fewer that 1,000 Points, you may be eligible to enter one or more sweepstakes. See the sweepstakes details on your My Account page for more information.

How do I get paid?

You accumulate Points or other prizes for nearly every survey. Usually, Points will be added to your account. You can access your My Account page by clicking on the Login link from the American Consumer Opinion® homepage and typing in your email address and password. You will then be able to view your Points.

Points are collected in your account until you are ready to redeem them for cash (U.S. or Canadian), Hyperwallet funds, or PayPal funds, or for an entry into a sweepstakes (U.S.), or you can donate your earnings to a charity. To redeem Points via a cash-out request, go to the Cash-Out option located on the My Account page. If you request a check, please be sure your mailing address is up to date. Log in to your account, and then click on the Update Contact Information link to verify that your personal information is correct.

If you request payment via PayPal, be sure that the email address associated with your American Consumer Opinion® account is the same as the email address that is associated with your PayPal account. If the email addresses do not match, you can add the correct email address to your personal PayPal account.

Why are my survey Points not approved? The status for my Points appear as “Pending”.
Survey Points can appear as Pending for up to 6-8 weeks once they are posted to your member account. This occurs for two reasons: this survey has not yet closed and finalized, or your earned Points are currently being processed for final approval.
I live outside the U.S. or Canada and was wondering, "How do I get paid?"

Points are placed into members' accounts upon completion of surveys. You can access your My Account page by clicking on the Login link on the American Consumer Opinion® homepage and typing in your email address and password. You will then be able to view your Points. Points will collect in your My Account page until you reach at least 1,000 Points and are ready to redeem them.

When you are ready to redeem your Points, you have several options to choose from, including Hyperwallet, PayPal, or donation to a charity. To redeem Points and request a cash-out, go to the Cash-Out option located on the My Account page.

If you request payment via PayPal, be sure that the email address associated with your American Consumer Opinion® account is the same as the email address that is associated with your PayPal account. If the email addresses do not match, you can add the correct email address to your personal PayPal account.

I clicked on the survey URL and got the message "page not found" or "Sorry, we have encountered an error loading the requested survey." What should I do?

This could be due to many panelists trying to access our website simultaneously. Please try again at a later time. If you continue to have difficulty, please email aparks@acop.com.

Another option is to copy and paste the survey link (provided in the email we sent you) into your browser. The link may be two lines in length, so please be sure to copy and paste the entire link.

I was taking a survey, and it won't let me continue on to the next page. It says I still haven't answered one of the questions, but I answered them all. What do I do?

First, make sure your answers for each question show up on the screen. If you were required to click on a small circle, make sure there is a dot in each circle that requires a response. Sometimes, when you click quickly on the circle the dot may appear, but it does not stay when you move to the next question.

If you continue to have difficulty, please email aparks@acop.com.

I can't get your survey to open in my browser. What should I do?

For best results with our surveys, we recommend that you use the most up-to-date version of your Internet browser. If you have an earlier version of your Internet browser, you can update it by going to the maker's website (it's free to update it).

The best browsers to use when taking a survey are, (in order from most used to least used) Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Internet Explorer.
